01. Contact me
The first step in the booking process would be to contact me for session availability. Please let me know what type of session you are interested in and a target shooting date. Do let me know if you are needing your images by a specific date or for a special occasion so we can schedule your session date accordingly.
02. Booking Proposal, Deposit, and Contract
Based on the information you provide me with, I will send you a link to your booking proposal. This is where you will confirm your session date & time, pay your 50% deposit, and sign your client contract, Your session is not confirmed until all of this is completed.
03. Complete Pre-Shoot Questionnaire
Shortly after your booking is confirmed, you will receive a pre-shoot questionnaire to complete. In order to give you the best experience possible, I ask all of my clients to complete a photography questionnaire before their session. Please take some time to fill out this questionnaire so I get to know your you, you and your partner, or your family a little better. The more info you provide, the better we'll be able to prepare our session and showcase you and/or your family.
04. Location & Coordination
I utilize your pre-shoot questionnaire responses to determine a location that best suits your wants and/or needs. I will contact you with location options to choose from that "match" your vision.
05. Shoot Date
On your shoot date, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early. This provides a buffer to account for any traffic and/or finding parking. Additionally, this allows us to have time to go over details on the "look" or "story" you are wanting to capture.
*If you have a family session booked with littles, please plan nap times/meals accordingly.
*If you have a golden hour session booked, punctual arrival is very critical as we cannot stop the sunset. If we lose sunlight you will not get the golden look you were wanting.
06. Client Gallery Delivery & Lab Orders
Turnaround Time for galleries are are approximately 3-4 weeks. I will do my best to upload a small "sneak peak" within the first week. Professionally edited and retouched images are uploaded to your private client gallery for ultra high resolution digital download. You will review your gallery and select any images you'd like to keep. Your session fee includes 5 images of your choice for digital download, with the option to purchase additional images, or your entire gallery.
My Professional Print Lab account is linked to your gallery for any print fulfillment needs. You have the option to place any orders for Prints, Fine Art Prints, Holiday Cards, Greeting Cards, Framed Prints, Gallery Wraps and Framed Canvas, Metal Prints, Acrylic Prints, Bamboo Panels, Standouts, and Wood Prints. All orders are shipped directly to you. I highly recommend using my professional lab if you plan on getting any images printed. Consumer/retail labs such as Walgreens, Costco, Shutterfly, etc. will not print your images correctly. Consumer retail labs utilize auto-color correction and will not look like the digital images you are delivered. These prints often have altered exposure, saturation, and colors are off.

What towns/cities do you service?
I am readily available to shoot sessions in the Greater Austin Metro Area. Including: Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Lakeway, Hutto, Georgetown, Buda, Kyle, San Marcos, Wimberley, New Braunfels, Lockhart, San Antonio, and more.
*Some locations may be subject to a mileage fee.
We want to include our dog in the photos, is that okay?
Absolutely! I kindly ask that you bring a leash, water, and treats. It's also a great idea to bring another person along (who is not part of your session) to help take care of your pup while we capture some photos sans fur baby.

Do you also shoot traditional, posed portraits?
Yes, absolutely! I always make sure to capture a handful of "posed" photos in addition to the storytelling, lifestyle photos.
Do you offer any in-home sessions?
Yes! This is where Lifestyle Newborn sessions take place. Additionally, you can opt for family sessions to be shot in your home as well. I do recommend that you choose an area of your home that has lots of natural light.
